Since beginning his transformation in 2009, Quest Gulliford has spent over $70,000 on extreme tattoos and body modifications. He has shared a before-and-after photo showcasing his dramatic makeover.

After surviving Hodgkin’s lymphoma in seventh grade, Gulliford immediately got a tattoo to honor his battle.
The designs, featuring the words “God First” and a purple cancer ribbon, marked the beginning of his ongoing tattoo journey, one that has continued ever since.
Gulliford shared with the Daily Mail, “I had a large lymph node growing. It took six months of chemotherapy.
After that, I felt like a superhuman.” With about $70,000 invested in tattoos and body modifications covering his entire body, Quest Gulliford also chronicles his journey on TikTok, where he has over 1 million followers.

Three years ago, Gulliford, known as @guestg.tv on TikTok, opened up to his loyal followers about his eye tattoo experience. He now frequently responds to questions about the procedure.
He had the surgery in Houston, where ink was injected to tint his eyelids black. Describing the sensation, he explained, “It’s more of an injection or modification… not exactly like a tattoo on your skin.”

“It took me a long time actually on the day, once I walked into the shop in Houston, Texas, to even psych myself up to get it done.”

“I had cancer when I was twelve, but I have no idea whether that has anything to do with my love of tattoos,” Gulliford explained in a separate video. “I got bullied a lot in high school as well, especially when I had cancer and my hair was falling out.
